Blue Dog Quilt

This portrait is of a dog I met while working at the Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), I don't remember his name but, I do remember his passion for life. How could you refuse to play a game of fetch at the park with this fun-loving and spirited Black Lab.

I created this quilt to be used as a prize for Bark in the Park featuring PAWSwalk, a fundraiser for the important work PAWS does on behalf of animals.

Blue Dog, 24"h x 36"w, created with a variety of fabrics, including hand-dyed, cotton and flannel, stitched to within 1/8th inch.

Currently in private collection.
