Harbor Seal Portrait Quilt

The Harbor Seal portrayed on this quilt was given a second chance at life by the PAWS Wildlife Center. He was rehabilitated and released back into the waters of Puget Sound.

This quilt was donated to the Harbor Lights Dinner and Auction which was held on October 15th, 2005. Proceeds from the auction benefited the important work of the People for Puget Sound, whose mission is to to protect and restore the health of Puget Sound and the Northwest Straits.

"Harbor Seal" was created with a variety of cotton fabrics, many of which had nature inspired prints, and recycled silk material from old shirts. Currently in private collection.
